All orders of $250 or more always have free shipping!

We ship all over the US from our boutique in Houston! Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your distance from our store and courier availability. At Memorial Dancewear we use a variety of couriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to process your order, with the possibility of more around holidays. We are a small business and will do our best to process your order and get it shipped out as quickly as possible!

  • Shipping times are calculated depending on your distance to our store in Houston, TX
  • Shipping rates are calculated depending on your distance and the courier being used 
  • All orders of $250 or more always have free shipping
  • Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for order processing before it will be shipped
  • Plan for the possibility of more processing days around the holidays

Returns & Exchanges

 

Our number one priority at Memorial Dancewear is to bring you quality pieces and brands that fit your every dancewear/athleisure need, as well as provide a superior shopping experience! This means helping to resolve any issue with a purchase that you may have.

We ship using national vendors like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  A tracking email will be sent to you once your package is on the way!

Once you receive your order, please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at store@memorialdance.com. All reports must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your purchase and the garment must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Please include your first and last name, your order number, and a picture of the damaged or defective area in the email. If you were sent incorrect items or anything is missing from your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can resolve that for you.

If you would like to do an exchange due to size or preference, please fill out the Return Initiation Request Form located at the bottom of this page within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind that exchanges or returns may only be complete if the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has the tags on. Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our store.

Here are some of our return/exchange policies. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding of the following:

  • Items may be returned, new and with tags, for store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
  • To initiate a return, please fill out the form below within 3 business days of receiving your purchase.
  • If you believe your order is damaged or defective, please email us at store@memorialdance.com within 3 calendar days. Include your first and last name, order number, and a picture of the defective area.
  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that you receive your online order.
  • Anything purchased with a discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for return. 
  • Tights are final sale.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. 
  • We do not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges.
