Is your entire store currently available online?

At this time, only a select number of products are available for purchase online and eligible for shipping. As we continue to roll out our online store, we want to be sure we can provide you with the best customer service possible. In the meantime please visit us in-store at our boutique in Hedwig Village (9327 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77024) to shop all of our offerings!

 

Do you sell shoes?

Yes! We carry Capezio and Leo dance shoes. As dance shoes run differently than street shoes, these are available for purchase in-store only to guarantee the best fit.

 

What sort of items do you have in your physical store?

We have a wonderful variety of dancewear (leotards, skirts, pants, shoes, tights, accessories, dresses & more), as well as athleisure wear (pants, bras, tops, accessories, pull overs & more) from some of the best and most respectable brands.

What brands do you carry?

We are proud to offer a variety of dance and athleisurewear brands for every price point! Some of our most popular brands are Alo, Free People, Honeycut, Energetiks, Thrive Societe, Jill Yoga, Oh La La, Capezio, & more.

 

Why can’t I shop everything you have in-store, online?

We are a small business, and by starting our online store small, we can ensure we can provide you the best shopping experience possible. The online store will continue to grow!

 

Where is your store? Is that the only store?

Our boutique is in Houston, TX! You can find us in Hedwig Village (9327 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77024) or online of course! We are a small business, and currently this is our only store.

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I do an in-store pickup of my purchase?

Yes! Any order placed online is eligible both for shipping and for in-store pickup during our regular business hours.

 

Do you offer any free shipping?

All orders of $250 or more always have free shipping!

 

Where do you ship?

We ship all over the US from our boutique in Houston! Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your distance from our store and courier availability. At Memorial Dancewear we use a variety of couriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

03. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What are your return/exchange policies?

At Memorial Dancewear we want to be sure you love and feel your most confident in every item you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it better! As we are a small business, items may be returned for store credit only. The refund must be initiated within 3 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still with the tags. Tights and sale items are final sale. Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our store.

What if an item is damaged or defective when I receive it?

Our number one priority is to be your favorite dance & athleisure wear boutique in Houston or anywhere! This means we want to resolve any issue you are facing. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at store@memorialdance.com. All reports must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your purchase and the garment must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Please include your first and last name, your order number, and a picture of the damaged or defective area in the email.

 

How do I initiate a return?

Our number one priority at Memorial Dancewear is to bring you quality pieces and brands that fit your every dancewear/athleisure need, as well as provide a superior shopping experience! This means helping to resolve any issue with a purchase that you may have. Once you receive your order, please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at store@memorialdance.com.
